Yantai Yatong Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in April 2002 and registered as Laizhou Yatong Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (I) Passenger Vehicle Business
Our main products include large automotive stamping parts, die-casting parts, rolling parts, and module components for robot welding systems. Our main products include engine compartment assemblies, door sill plate assemblies, side inner panel assemblies, transmission housings, body die-casting structural parts, non-metallic protective plates, floor assemblies, etc., involving the manufacturing processes of stamping, rolling, die-casting, welding, painting, riveting, and assembly in the production of sedans. Key customers: SAIC General Motors, SAIC Group, Ideal Motors, Great Wall Motors, etc., with the qualification of a first tier supplier to support these key customers. Our company's commercial vehicle components mainly include top cover assemblies, front and rear wall assemblies, side wall assemblies, floor assemblies, aluminum alloy die-casting structural component assemblies, die-casting transmission housings, metal exterior component assemblies, etc., involving manufacturing processes such as stamping, rolling, die-casting, welding, painting, riveting, and assembly for heavy and light truck production. The business includes two categories: one is the production and sales of auxiliary transportation equipment for coal mines and non coal mines. Including: concrete mixing transport vehicle series, concrete spraying/pumping series, heavy-duty shovel plate transport vehicle series, electric vehicle series. This type of auxiliary transportation equipment mainly provides supportive transportation/support services for underground production, including hardening of underground roads and roadway walls, transportation and spraying of reinforced concrete, handling of hydraulic supports, transportation of other large underground equipment and personnel, etc; Secondly, based on the research and development and production of auxiliary transportation equipment, we will provide professional services for trackless rubber wheeled vehicles and rental services for support vehicles for large coal mines, including comprehensive professional services such as equipment, material and personnel transportation services, operation and maintenance, accessory supply, and technical services.
